Short Service Commission (SSC)

The short service commission conducts the AFCAT exam once a year.
This exam allows a candidate to be in the army for 14 years.
To be qualified for this examination the candidate has to apply and qualify Air force common admission test (AFCAT). If the candidate qualifies then he is sent for training for 74 weeks in Dundigal.
The selection process here is the same as that of NCC.
The candidate’s subject knowledge, image perception, and visuals are also tested.
Eligibility criteria like the candidate have to be the citizen of India unmarried I should have an East limit at least 19 years of age up to 25 years.
The candidate should be a graduate in B.E. or B.Tech

Combined Defense Services Examination (CDSE)

A combined defense service examination is conducted once a year in February and September.
The eligibility criteria for this exam is the candidate should be a citizen of India, unmarried, and should I eat less be 19 years of age and maximum age up to 23 years.
There are 4 rounds for the selection process. The written test, SSB interview, pilot aptitude test, and medical examination are the four rounds.
Through the written test the subject knowledge of the candidate in the subjects like English, mathematics, and physics is tested.
SSB interview tests image perception, visual interpretation, psychology, teamwork, psychological stability, and stress handling. Interviews take place in the two stages. Qualify the first stage he passes to the next stage.
In the pilot aptitude test, the candidate is just on his technical skills in the field of aviation.
In medical tests, it is tested that if the candidate is physically and mentally fit and not stressed out.

National Defense Academy (NDA)

NDA exam is converting conducted on year.
Eligibility criteria for a candidate for NDA that he should be a citizen of India, unmarried, 20 years, should have cleared 10 + 2 with English mathematics and physics are the compulsory subjects. To apply for this exam one should be at least 16.5 years of age and the maximum limit is 19 years.
The selection process takes place in three rounds. The first round is taken by the SSB inspector who tests in two stages. The first use through group discussion, visual perception, and stress handling. The first is cancer second stage which includes of personal interview.
The second round consists of a pilot aptitude test where the knowledge in the technical field is tested. Fail the candidate cannot appear for the exam again.

The candidate should have 60% of aggregate marks and all the subjects.
There are also few eligibility criteria as the candidate should be a citizen of India, unmarried, and be at least 18 years of age with a maximum age limit of up to 23 years.
There are 3 rounds for the selection.
The first round has the interview with the SSB board with two stages. In this stage, the candidate’s visual perception, group discussion, and psychological stability are tested. After passing this stage the candidate can go to the next stage. Backstage includes the rounds related to the psychological test teamwork process. Also contains a personal interview.
